Frederick W. Hong Law Offices is one of a handful of U.S. law firms with extensive experience both in advising international companies on Chinese legal affairs and in advising Chinese companies on how to establish a presence and grow in the United States.

We are a full-service law firm with special emphasis on international trade and business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property rights, real estate matters, general litigation, and immigration law.

The firm was founded in 1977 in Los Angeles. We began business development in China in the early 1980s. In 1993, we became the first U.S. law firm licensed by China's Ministry of Justice to open an office in Guangzhou. In 2002, the firm was authorized to open another office in Beijing.
