Dr. Samuel Kupper received his Ph.D. in Chinese studies from the University of Michigan in 1972 and his J.D. degree from the Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1977.
Dr. Kupper was an Associate Professor teaching Chinese history at the California State University in Fullerton, California from 1973 to 2003. He has also served as a consultant/representative for corporations in the U.S., Central and South America in their business dealings with China.
Dr. Kupper has been an active member of the State Bar of California and practicing lawyer since 1977.
